The Shins have constantly churned out tunes fit for a movie soundtrack. If you missed them in this year’s Coachella and didn’t get to sport your  ”wow, my life is like a movie” face, then dive into this 4 minute short film that’s the latest music video for their song “The Rifles Spiral”. This stop motion animation bares gloom and charm to the likings of Tim Burton and Edward Gorey. It’s creepy, magical, and yes, there is a giant killer bunny in it.

Coachella is only 3 days away. It’s time to refresh your familiarity with the acts you’ll be sharing the sun (or rain) with all weekend.
In the midst of all the buzz bands and band reunions in this year’s double weekend fest, is reggae legend Jimmy Cliff. This man has hit records and rock & roll honors that out weigh his years, all the while still having more energy and excitement for music than the average up-and-coming band. From inspiring the foundation of a famed record company to starring in the first ever Reggae film to touring with his current producer Tim Armstrong (of Operation Ivy and Rancid), you’ll learn quickly  why he’s an act you shouldn’t miss out on in this year’s Coachella.
