The sun was out, the weather was NOT sub zero, and the ladies of Boston pulled together their best looks, simply perfect for a day of style spotting. I was so pleased to see such a diverse taste in style at the Boston Calling music fest, and even more pleased to see some girls rocking my new favorite Leopard Authentics. Which is your favorite look? -brittany

The National headlined Boston Calling on Sunday.  Leaving the festival in between sets and coming back just before the final performance, I realized that the crowd doubled in size just for them.  It was pretty impossible to reach the photo pit at that point….. oops.  At least their set was great, and the entire crowd was totally psyched. -alyson

Perhaps our favorite set of the weekend… Big words I know, but Of Monsters & Men totally delivered. I shot them at a small backyard party during SXSW 2012 & it’s pretty rad to see how things have taken off for these guys. Also, I’m a sucker for an accordian. What can I say? haha. -amanda

These last few days hanging out with Amanda, Alyson, and Leila Hurst have been way too cool for words. Not only did I get to share in awkward conversation with people who have an equally weird sense of humor as myself, but I also found a group of girls who also share my love for really great people watching. We came across so many stylish gems at Boston Calling on the 2nd day, and I am so eager and inspired to try out these trends for myself. What’s your favorite look?  -brittany

The Walkmen played right after Ra Ra Riot at Boston Calling festival on Sunday. It was the perfect mellow moment to kick back and relax and grab some baskets full of tacos. The crowds started filing in thick around this time to catch the night’s headliners and by the end of their set the place somehow seemed twice as full. -amanda

Not having a photo pit on the second stage at Boston Calling festival this weekend is either the best thing or the worst thing & I’m still not really sure, haha. It allowed the fans to be really close to their favorite bands but it did not allow anyone to get very good photos. Maybe next time I’ll just have to dance my way to the barricade and stake out my spot for the day. Here’s a few from Ra Ra Riot on Day 2. Always a pleasure to see these guys play. -amanda
