City and Colour are closing out 2011 with a tour across the US, and we had the chance to catch them at the Fox Theater in Pomona last night.

City and Colour have just announced their plans to travel across Canada for the first time since ‘08. The 2012 tour hits up a couple spots in the Northern US, including the kick-off date in Portland, OR. The Low Anthem will be joining them on the road.

They’ve put together a pretty awesome pre-sale package for all of the dates. Pre-sales kick off tomorrow at 10am local time (9/27) and run till Thurs 9/28, until supplies last. Details on the pre-orders can be found at cityandcolour.ca.
