Arch Enemy is on the verge of releasing their 9th studio album Khaos Legions!
Drummer Daniel Erlandsson comments on the album:
We had a very inspiring and creative time writing this album. I think this is definitely evident when listening to the new songs. There’s tons of variation in the material, ranging all the way from very melodic to extremely heavy. As you can expect there’s no shortage of killer riffs and intricate guitar work; the Amott brothers [Michael and Chris] have come up with some very cool yet demanding ideas! This album has some of the fastest songs I’ve ever recorded, along with a bunch of heavy pounding mid-tempo songs. As always, it’s difficult to describe music in words, but rest assured — this album will be one heavy f!*ker!
Khaos Legions will be out on June 7 (May 30th in Europe) but is available for pre-order now with a handful of options.

Vans music is expanding by the day! We’re stoked to welcome Between The Buried and Me to our roster of bands- and just in time, too. The band is soon hitting the road for a headline tour and releasing The Parallax: Hypersleep Dialogues on April 12th. The conceptual effort is a 3-song, 30 minute story connected by 2 humans living millions of light years apart. If that doesn’t make you want to check it out, I don’t know what else will! You can hear a sample of from one of the songs below:
The album is currently available for pre-order until it’s April release.

The Death Set debuted their latest music video for “Slap Slap Slap Pound Up Down Snap” earlier this week. Answer me this: Who doesn’t like a double-headed tiger setting stuff on fire while driving a moving truck?
The track is the first single from Michel Poiccard. It’s available for download now while the rest of the album can be pre-ordered. Just check out the video and the song because they are both awesome. You can also get brought up to speed with the prequel instructional video from last week.

(That’s how it actually is supposed to go)
